What's happening at DAZ? - I'm locked out of the Platinum Club Forum, and specials,

Been a PC Member for years. Nothing has changed. All of a sudden this morning I'm being treated like I'm not a member. I can't get things at PC price. Can't get the PC Freebie (Treasure Beast) or PC Bundle specials mentioned in the PC Newsletter.

My bank/card info or subscription info was not changed by me. Just looked at bank records and I'm not sure I was charged for May, but don't know why. It was set for auto-pay and has worked for years.

Make a ticket with Sales as soon as possible with confirmations of your current subscriptions. I had the same issue. It is some sort of glitch that DAZ3D people hopefully working on.
