Where can I find this figure Sakura is holding

It is in the promos and it is so darling.

I had hoped it came with Sakura.

Does anyone know where to find it?

    I haven't had any luck tracking it down. Maybe it's something that's not available yet? Its style reminds me a bit of the little character Roe by 3DOutlaw over at Renderosity.
