Wrong Discount Today for 2017 Top Sellers

For the 2017 End of Year Catch-Up Sale the discount for 2017 Top Sellers with a new item in cart and 30% Loyalty Rewards should be 65% off, like it has been all month. Instead they are 58% off today (in my cart anyway.) The vendor discounts and 2015-2016 discounts are the same as they have been.

Seeing the same thing here: Seems like the extra discount for the top sellers is not being applied when a new release is in the cart.
