Does anyone know if there is a fix for the hip "cave in" at extreme angles?

Hips fold in on themselves if you pivot a character's thigh in extreme angles. Even within limits. a bend of -100 is completely caving in the left side of the hip. If there is no fix, is there a way to make clothes hide the fact that the hip does this?

Here is an image of what I'm talking about, the leg bends are literally just:

Have you adjusted the joint centres for a custom morph? Or for any other reason.

Or installed any morph packages for Genesis lately that resulted in this behavior? I seem to recall there were a couple that caused problems like this in the past, but haven't seen folks asking about it in a while.

I've had this happen if I got to a pose in a roundabout a way. By this, I mean I didn't go straight to bending the legs into that position, I may have tried a number of different positions and then got to that point. I've found that if I save the pose, zero the figure, and then re-apply the pose, it works out.
