Dress does not fit...

Hi Yall, I recently purchased “Mara Dynamic Cape and Dress” the add said, Compatible 3D Figures “Genesis, Victoria 5”. When I try to use the dress on Genesis it does not fit. Have I installed the wrong version?
Any help please...

    Dynamic clothing is a different type than normal. I haven't tried it in a long time, but IIRC you 'can' use auto-fit to get it to fit, but not really do much else with it after that. I believe there is a basic dynamic clothing control that comes with DS, but to fully utilize dynamic clothing, it's best to use Dynamic Clothing Control. http://www.daz3d.com/dynamic-clothing-control

    This product also says that it is for DAZ Studio 4.6, I am not certain taht it will work in DS4.5.

    You will need to go to Window > Tabs > Dynamic Clothing, and that will give you the DCC interface, and you can use that to control the drape of the clothing.

    The basic control that comes with DS works fine, but if you want to use factors like 'wind' or 'gravity' you would need the full paid for plugin.

    The dress pre-dates 4.6, but the required link will always point to the current version of DS (which is now 4.6).

    The problem is that dynamic clothing does not resize at all, and the Basic female (on the right) is taller than Victoria 5 (left). Scaling the figure down, draping the cloth, freezing the drape and then rescaling the figure might work.

    All my life I have had someone buy my clothes for me, so nothing has changed there even if it’s that little blue number.
    But once again guys thanks..
