Dear who like anme manga toon.
On 17 April, mirei shader was released once.
But for my some reason, I asked DAZ to stop release.and DAZ did .
Sorry for Inconvenience.
I intend to ask DAZ to restart release Mirei shader if I can..
If you are interested in this I am glad.
And, I found some questions on old forum.
I intend to answer at next post

I found that georgewrestling wrote "I don't understand how to use mirei" in old forum.
Basically
1. select the figure in the scene by click it on the scene tub
2. Select the surface by click on Surfaces tub.
3. Apply shader preset by double click on the preset icon.
Shader presets are under the folders:
My Library/Shader Presets/NyaNyan/mirei/01.palete/setxx
My Library/Shader Presets/NyaNyan/mirei/03.sample/for human skin
And usually only 1 distant light exist in the scene. angle is oblique.

Mirei is for DS4. it works for DS4.
But main outline feature don't work for genesis still.
Main outline feature works for bebel, aiko3, V4 , and so on , except genesis.
Only sub outline feature works for genesis still.

Usually apply preset under subfoloders of
even if it looks "Aply this First"
If you apply My Library/Shaders/NyaNyan/mirei/mirei.dse
then diffuse color , texture , opacity strength and map are cleared.
is there nobody who is interested in mirei shader any longer?
One challenge is that the other toon shaders came out and many people won't see the difference with yours. I do myself, but I don't think most others will.
Secondly right now these forums are broken so no one is seeing your updates. I would ask again after the forums have been fixed, that way your post will show up on the first page and people can read it.
I am interested in buying your mirei shader at the beginning of the next month (August 2012).

I asked to DAZ3D to restart release Mirei shader by email on 16th June and on 8th July.
But I could not recieve any reply.
I purchased your product when it first came out, but you asked to have it taken out of the store before I had a chance to actually test it, so I assumed the initial release was flawed.
Has it been updated? Should I download a new version, or is the old one okay to use?

I actually purchased this shader when it first came out, and I love it to pieces. It doesn't seem to work with DAZ 4.5 though, which is a shame. Or I could be doing something wrong, which is also possible.
I would definitely purchase it again.
For DS4.5
please download shader files and replace them.
1. download http://www.geocities.jp/nyankko15/DAZStudio/mirei/mirei_shader_files_for_DS45.zip
2. extract zip file
3. replace shader files
DAZ Studio 4\shaders\Nyanyan\mirei\mirei_surface.sdl
DAZ Studio 4\shaders\Nyanyan\mirei\mirei_displacement.sdl
These shader files are simply re-compiled with DAZ Studio4.5.
