I just got this paint shader (https://www.daz3d.com/real-paint-for-daz-studio), but I was wondering if anyone can perhaps identify the city setting used in the promo images.

I'm pretty sure it's Behind the Neighborhood:  https://www.daz3d.com/behind-the-neighborhood which is made by the same PA, DZFire.  The last render on that page looks a lot like back drop for the main render for the Paint Shader.
