DIM will not install

in New Users

Like I said the DIM will not install and since you can't do squat witout IT I need some assistance.

 

I am on a Mac Pro, two months old.

I pulled it down and tried to install to only have it hang up and have to force quit.

 

any suggestions?

    First, the account you run the installer from, is that an admin-account with admin-rights? (says "can admin the computer" in user and groups control panel.

    oh ya, I am the admin.

    I was able to do this on my PC, no problem.

    but it is a dog compared to my new Mac

    side note. I was able to install it on my Mac pro from 2013 running leopard.
