Rabbit head morphs

I've been wanting a semi - realistic rabbit head morph for ages, to create a character similar to the attached picture (Credit: Ralph The Feline, Deviant Art).  I've been searching the creature morphs but no rabbit.

This is the closest I know of - perhaps you can by combining partial morphs & removing the limits for some morphs (the ears for example) you can get something close.
