Daz 3D help

Ok, so basically, Daz 3D doesn't find the basic female for the genesis. It had basic male and basic child, but no basic female? Anyone know why? Thanks...

    Strange that you should find the other 2 but not the third. Where are you looking?

    I'm seeing it there. Is this the latest Genesis Starter Essentials, or one you downloaded earlier? What was the size of the zip or installer?

    I can't really find the folder. If it help, I just downloaded Daz Studio 4.6...

    How did you install Genesis Starter Essentials (installer, DIM, manually from zip)?

    Not really sure I think it was DIM
