Looking For "Faceless" Product - Genesis 1 Male

Hello there.

I am looking for specific items, products, or freebies that lets you have a "Faceless" feature on a Genesis 1 Male.

In specific, I am looking for one that removes eyes, noses, and ears. But, only the mouth is left untouched and isn't covered or removed.

And, the "Faceless" feature would be able to be morphed along other shapes, related to Genesis 1 products seen on the market.

If anyone knows of anything that will be of help or use, do let me know!
