Posing help needed please

Hi Im having problems with getting the i3 road trip collection poses to work with the Ranger car properly despite them being advertised as working together with the go to poses and wondered if I may be doing something wrong.
I load the car into the scene I then load a G3 character, I select a pose where the character should be sitting on the back seat of the car only to find I have to spend a long time manually dialling her into place as when the character loads shes through the bottom of the car or hanging out the door.
Please help someone its driving me nuts!!!

I bought this pose set to save time.

    Selecet it, go to parameter tab, and set translate x y z, and x,y,z rotate all to zero.

    You may want to parent G3F to the vehicle first before applying the pose.  When you do this, the vehicle becomes the "center of the scene" for the chracter so that she goes where ever you place the vehicle and will remain in proper contact with it when posed.
