For the life of me I cant seem to figure this out. So, lets say you have a Genesis figure thats 0 on the Y Translate axis. Meaning their feet is at world center. However, I have noticed on PA's pose sets when the Genesis figure is laying down the body is on 0, 0, 0. When I do a laying down pose I have to move the figure down so the Y Translate goes in the negative. Make sense? So, whats the trick?

    Well, that was fast. LOL Appareantly if you move the Hip in the Scene tab you get what I was asking for. Its funny how you figure something out after you ask a question.
