attaching the object

I have my own object superimposed on the character but not connected to it. When he tries to connect the object with the character, the object changes positions and I want him to stay in the place where he was before joining. Is it possible to do something to keep the object in the place where it was before connecting with the character?

Please hepl

I hope you understand what I want to ask

Do you mean parenting an object - for example adding a hat to a character's head by dragging that hat in the Scene tab onto the head?  If so, once you parent the object and it jumps position, go to the Parameters tab and set the x/y/z transforms to 0.  You may need to set the x/y/z rotations to 0 as well.  Some times you may need to tweak the position and/or rotation a little bit after that to get the exact placement you want, but the item will correctly follow the character afterwards.

    Hope this helps,

I've tried it already, it's even worse, but  I did something with this object, (probably transferred  to the triax,do not know for sure)  after putting the object on the character did not change position.

  • Is the character scaled? Is the object scaled or otherwise adjusted? Do you have Parent in Place on (check-box in the Change Parent dialogue)?

    No and no

No, just drag object and drop on the character,  but I'll check what you're writing about.

  • If you are dragging and dropping check the parent in Place option in the Scene pane option menu - click the lned button in the top corner, or right-click the tab.
