Interactive License clarification in regards to using purchased assets in a game mod

I apologize if this has been answered before or if it seems like a dumb question, but I did a quick search and couldn't find anything that I thought gave clear verification. I am completely new to Daz and would like to purchase some outfits for converting into Fallout 4 and also share the finished conversion with the mod community. The finished mod would be shared freely with no charge and no commercial gains. I believe Daz's Interactive License may allow this, but I'm not certain. Would this be allowed? Would sharing the finished game mod be allowed?
