Daz normally takes 2 weeks to respond to tickets?

Submitted a ticket in 12/27.

Last automated response on 12/28. Now ticket is marked a SOLVED without ever responding to ticket.

Hello,

Because of the holiday, we are experiencing a higher volume of help tickets. We answer tickets in the order they are recieved. We appreciate your patience in regards to Daz Customer Service answering all of your inquiries.

Have you checked the status of the ticket, by clicking on the link in the email CS sent you? And I have tickets that are months old and still unresolved.

Don't forget, too, that some problems are harder to fix than others.

Normally tickets are resolved in one to two days unless there is a specific reason, such as product fixes, that requires a long time.

At any rate if the ticket is marked 'SOLVED' DAZ considers it completed and probably won't be taking any further action unless you reopen the ticket.  Click on the ticket and see if states how it was solved. If it doesn't say or if you disagree with the solution you should reopen the ticket by stating your reasons in the space provided at teh bottom of the ticket.

It depends on what you are asking for. Refunds usually are done quickly but other things can take time. If your request requires a fix of a glitching product prepare to wait. The issue will need to be verified and then sent to bug tracker for a repair

If the ticket is marked "Solved", Re-Open it. I also got the email, but my ticket remained open... I guess yours was closed accidently?

Like I said, it's marked RESOLVED. Last response was an automated response from 12/28.

    Was a simple refund request.

Nope. It's a simple refund request.

Did they issue you store credit?

Refund requests often get handled without a reply. Check for a store credit at DAZ or for the refunded amount back to the account that was originally charged (I think they only do that though if they accidently overcharge you though as that has been my experience).

They'll refund to the payment account, they just try not to by default. All you have to do is ask.

OK, I'll remember that if I ever have to refund again. Thanks

Finally got my refund in the form of a store credit after re-opening a "RESOLVED" ticket.
