DAZ Studio and 3Delight motion blur

I must be overseeing the parameters somewhere.
Issue #1:
When you animate an object and render with motion blur, they will blur.
When you animate camera but not the objects with motion blur, they will not blur
That's how DAZ Studio is set up. Is this a mistake or intentional?
Issue #2:
While doing a high speed chase, I have motion blur enabled. They look great EXCEPT the reflection on the high speed vehicles. I can see the reflections but they are not motion blurred. Does DAZ Studio support reflection with motion blur or is it simply because I chose the shader that doesn't support it? I'm trying to render every shader I can find to support it.
Maybe someone can share their knowledge in the forum?
Thanks!

I believe, if the vehicle isn't blurred, the reflections wouldn't be either. They are both 'frozen in time' so to speak. (Something to do with the theory of relativity I thought ;)
Haha true.
I have Urban Future 4 moving. The reflection is coming from the scene objects around it. Not sure how I can get the reflection to appear blury... The only workaround I can think of is to get reflection applied with gaussian effect...
