What do I download

This is ridiculous I just want to download files for DAZ studio and I have 9 choices.

Why is there not a list somewhere telling you exactly what to download.

Using DS 4.5+ you need the .trx exe, or the DS file if using the DIM

Using older versions of DS you need the legacy files

Using Poser you need the ,dpc exe or the Ps files

with the non DIM files the zip is for Mac users and the exe is for PC users.
