im in midddle of making genisis clothes ive made a hoodie sweater with hood up but want to do it with hood down wats the best way of doing this please with out making seperate sweater also the same with short sleeves many thnks

    Modify the hoodie so it has the hood down and import that modification as a morph for the original object. So now when you dial it up or down the hoody will change.

    "Modify" is this situation means "to morph". You can't delete any vertexes in your "hood down" version or it won't import into your hoodie properly.

    To create a short-sleeved version just make sleeves a separate surface (material zone) and make it invisible.

    To illustrate the point about material zones, here is the same sweater - with all material zones visible (right) and neck and sleeves set to invisible (left). If you want some other invisibility, say, to cut a tear in the sweater or shorter/longer sleeves, you'd have to make black and white opacity map.
