Measure Metrics question

Hello,
I have question about Measure Metrics tool. When I put model into scene and choicing pose from Measure Metrics folder in daz, it says that height of the model is different that on the freebie prop behind.
It seems like her height close to 6ft on the wall, but MM shows it like 6'1ft. Is the prop behind has wrong measure scale or I am doing something not right?
I need height to be 186'5cm and Measure Tool shows it like 6'11ft, but if I know correct it should be 6'2ft. How to do measurement in correct way?
Thanks.

The wall can sometimes lead you astray depending on the angle you look at it. In your screenshot, you are looking at it from as lightly above angle, rather than flat from the front.
The tool's usually correct.
Can absolutely be this.
Yes if you compare to the wall use the Front View perspective so the camera is isometric.
You can try with another freebie prop : https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/28637/mwall-prop-for-daz-studio-measuring-tool
Thanks so much for this link, NoahLGP, but I can't find textures for cm system in my runtime.
Thanks as well so much for all the feedbacks. Anyway I get the same results even with other scale prop. Isn't the height of 186'5 cm should be 6'2 on ft system? Isn't that should be where green arrow pointed?
So 186'5 cm it's identical to 103'2% in daz scale?
I am asking cause I saw that basic G3F has height of 5'11, but when I reduce my model to 100% I get 179cm (or 5'9 in ft)
The other question is why the height and other measure parts have only 50-70% instead of 100%? (screenshot 5)
That's the size of the plane you see marking the section, not related to the figure.
Also, the height of a model isn't just set by the overall scale, but there are other sections, like torso, feet, neck, and even the head, which can be morphed separately. There should also be a "height" slider somewhere in the shaping tab which increases the height without deforming the proportions. So, if you compare your model to G8 base, put them side by side and see if the legs etc are the same length.
