Incomplete menus

Firstly, I apologise if this is a duplicate post - I thought I posted early hours of this morning but can't seem to find it anywhere :-s

I've just upgraded from Studio 4.5 to 4.6 and have the strangest thing. The File, Edit, Window, Help etc menu across the top is still there, but when dropping down an option I don't seem to have all of the options shopwing.

For Instance :

FILE menu only has Exit and Save As, then the three bridges. No Open, Save, Import or Export. CTRL-S still saves, CTRL-O still opens, but they don't appear.

In the HELP menu I don't have the Installed Plugins option and so on.

I don't mind keyboard shortcuts, but can't remember the ones for Import, Export etc. (If they even have them).

Anyone any ideas?

Go to Window > Workspace > Select Layout, and select one of the other ones, City Limits is good. You may be using the Beta layout which does not have all the options.
