Best Photorealistic skin textures?

    A lot of skin textures available already have realistic results (though it depends on your lighting as well). Though I guess the "best" would be the elite skin textures.

    As mentioned, your light setup is hugely important, but the Elite skin textures are definitely photo realistic.

    For generation 4 and Genesis I'd also recommend Danae store
    Their shader is optimized for Poser but texture is so good that you can use with tweaking DS shaders and SSS maps from other characters.

    The textures from that store are very nice, but beware, many of them come without bump maps or only face bump maps. The diffuse are still pretty enough I haven't returned any.
