Why Are Data Files Not Loaded?

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

The message'Data files were not completely loaded, please check the log for details' keeps reoccurring when I restart 4.9. 

Can someoneone interpret my latest log for me?

It must have to do with why my content is not appearing in Content Library.  (Smart Content is not working properly, either.)   Is that incorrect?

    I checked my online Product Library, and yes, I do have a product called: 'Movie Maker Space Battlecruisers Background Pack'.

    Is this a separate problem from the Content in my Conetent Library disappearing?

    (I assumed they were related- the message that appears when DazStudio opens, and the missing content.)

    They may well be related in that it may be errors in the paths - which is why you should be keeping all of this in one thread isntead of starting new threads.
