How to add an image to a TV (i13 Vacation Invironment)

Hi all,

How do i add a picture in the TV in this rome:

https://www.daz3d.com/i13-vacation-environment

I don't wanna use photoshop because what i'm doing is, i have a mirror projecting from a model in a nice camera angle, the engle show the model, the bed and on the mirror her back but also the back wall with the TV on it.

I want it to be like ON and showing something from lets say youtube (full frame)

I have captured a picture from a yourtube scene and want to add this in the TV so that when it renders the mirror will also see and capture this.

So where do i add the picture i have?

I gues in surfaces pane right?

see in the attachment a screen shot of the settings:

based on those screen captures you would add it to the "tv screen",   base color,  and change the dark grey to white,   and you would also add it to emissions color,  and change the black there to white also  and then set the color temp to 6500-7000 and then increase the luminance to where it's bright enough for the scene. 1000watts maybe

It looks like it should be the tv_032screen material which yo'd want to look at.  I presume it's a flat grey at the moment?  One issue you'll have is finding out the ratio of the image you'll need to plug in as you don't look to be replacing, or over-laying, one.  I'd start by changing it display as red, to be sure I'd got the right material zone, then add teh image to the base colour (setting the colour to white).  You may also wish to add the same image to the emission settings and add a bit of intensity.

Thanks alot @ FirstBastion. I was doing it good then with adding the picture to the base and emmision but forgot about putting it to white as it will be sort of transperent where you then can see the picture.

Adding the Watts was very usefull.

Something gained and something learned ;)

Thanks @ SimonJM Same as above. But about find the ratio part was very easy.

By just changing the horizontal & Virtical Tiles and the Horizontal & Virtical Offset. And there we go ;)

Attached you can fine the first 30 sec of the render. I cut it out from the render abit.

For the ones that would ask:The cut if the picture in the mirror is the chrome list around the mirror. ;)

    Thanks alot guys!!
