Tomorrow, Monday 15 January, is a holiday (Martin Luther King day) in the US; so, while I don't know for sure, it is possible that DAZ staff (such as sales support) may not be in the office to answer tickets.

    I guess it depends whether DAZ is observing the holiday or not.  My office is open tomorrow (I am in NYC), so I am at work and if you were to call me, I would pick up :-)
