[HELP]Move Morph Dials with Keyboard

Hello

To improve my flow I was looking for a way to edit the dials with the keyboard, I thought it was going to be as easy as selecting the morph and then pressing up and down or left and right to increase and decrease the value.

I cannot find a way to do this, any ideas??
