Hi,
I have created some makeup as a png file.
It looks fine in the layered image over the character texture so I know it is lined up properly.

I would like to save it without the underlying character texture so it can be used on any character.

Can you tell me how to save it as a preset so I can distribute it for use with any character?

I am using Daz Studio Pro 4.6

File -> Save As -> Layered Image Presets. It won't save the base, and only applies the extra layers.

    Hi HeraldOfFire,

Can you tell me where I would find the preset?
It saves as a .duf file
How would I load that in as a preset?
I have very little experience with Daz Studio.

By default they're saved into Daz Studio Formats -> Content (or My Library, whatever you called it) -> Presets -> Materials -> Layered-Images

    Hi HeraldOfFire,
Thank you so much for your help.
I have another question but a big storm just rolled in and I need to turn off the computer.
    thanks again.
