Veiw points?

Hi, I am watching a tutorial and can understand what they are explianing. I am a total noob so if this question boggles your mind be lenient on me. lol

"when I use 2 to veiw top perspective the camera is located on the top left corner of the screen". I am unable to get my veiw point to where the camera is located at the bottom center of my screen, can anyone tell me how to do this using hotkeys?
