I have hair in my runtime mising from my IOH???

I went to reset my Sapphire Fox Hair & it wasn't in my spreadsheet. So I though maybe I missed it when copying from the IOH on the website. So I log in and flip, flip, flip through to where it should be, and it's not there.


If I didn't buy it, how did I get it to begin with? And if I did buy it with something else, what else would it have come with so I can re-set the bundle? An even more disturbing possibility ... if I did buy it before, why is it not listed? How many more of my items are lost?

    Are you sure you purchased it from Daz. I have 2 or 3 Quarker hairs in my runtime that I purchased elsewhere. I think it was probably Renderosity.

    I didn't start purchasing from Rendo until this year. I was really new to Daz and was dependent on the exe format. So everything I bought for the first two years was from Daz only. I couldn't even figure out how to utilize freebies until a year ago... lol. Plus, I didn't trust their weird return policy.


    Having said that, yes, I still looked at my rendo spreadsheet.


    I looked at the SFH page and it looks like he one I have. I just need to reset it.

    Could it have been something that came free on a magazine disk?

    I checked the Fun With Bundles site and it's not coming up as being part of a bundle.

    Since I have no clue what a magazine disc is, I am assuming no ... lol. Seriously. I've only been using Daz about two years. So I don't have that big of a pool I buy/download from.

    Which figure is it for? One of the Quarker hairs was in the Classics Bundle for genesis that was free to Annual PC subscribers in October.

    Edit: no, that was Radiant Jaguar Hair

    SFH was sold at Rendo before it came over here, the exact same hair.

    I checked my rendo account, just in case, it's not there either.


    Besides, I've had this hair for a long time. I wasn't buying at rendo back then.

    If it came with something that's been discontinued, it should still be in my IOH.

    They discontinued it but it was a service that gives downloads of what you already bought and put it on a cd or dvd.
