As the title says i would like to know how to define the position of a model as i was adding 4 characters to Utopia Labs (from another scene) and they all appear on one point in the picture but if i move them manually the pose might change or it's not that exact and if i will use the pose again to the model it goes back to the point where it was before and all the other characters are.

How are you adding these from another scene?

Select the figure you want to move in the Scene pane, and then go to the Parameters pane, and use the Translate options under General > Transform. Use X Translate to move the figure left and right, Z for forwards and backwards, Y moves the figure up or down but you probably wont need that. If you have the main figure name selected in the Scene pane (not a hand or foot for example), the Pose should not be affected.

when i was doing some figures before i was saving them all as scene (just the figures, no background or so)
i was thinking about how to add them but not sure how i can add them from the program directly as it always create/open a new scene, so if i have an environment i will browse the folder where the scene's are saved and from the folder i will pick them to the scene from the program, they will than load to the scene.

But thanks for the information, i will test it out when i got home :)

I have all of my Scenes saved in a folder called Scenes in 'My DAZ 3D Library'.

You can save characters as a Scene Subset, and just save the character on it's own, not light or cameras or other scene items. If you save to a folder inside your library, DS will be able to see them (perhaps you already do this).

When loading the Scene or Scene Subset, hold down the Alt key, then drag the scene icon into the viewport, and you should see a target appear. Keep dragging, and holding the LMD down until the target is where you want your character to appear, then releas the button, and it will appear at that point.

    To recap.
If you just double click on a Scene icon in the scenes folder, it will replace the current scene, if you drag and drop it into the viewport, it will Merge with the current scene. Holding Alt down, and dragging and dropping gives you a target in the viewport where you item will be placed.
