exporting morphed shape to modeling program

I have created a new character using multiple morphs, now I need to generate control morphs based on his new shape.
What options are used for exporting the individual body parts?

Genesis morphs must be made using the whole figure - remember that morphs are relative, they add their new vertex positions to the current vertex positions so if there's no change in the morphed mesh in any given area then the current shape is left as is in that area when the morph is applied.

I wasn't aware that Genesis worked in that manner, I will ensure I hide the mesh that is not to be altered while modeling.
