Chain of logic that took me there:

I know Thorne and Sarsa have stores in Rendo
-> Let's see if they got promo pictures of their products, where they use hair similiar to that one, chances are good, it is nice-looking hair
-> Oh look, that one seems close, let's see if they have said what hair is that
-> Hmm, could be Cecile Hair indeed

There's heavy cross-pollination between DAZ, Renderosity and RDNA artists, so whenever in doubt, it is a good idea to check all three. At least that's how I'm usually finding this stuff. :)

I must confess that this seems to be really just hair :(tyra hair)!
although, after the first statement: "Cecile hair",
I contacted the seller at Renderosity, he said the hair was used: Cecile hair 2.
But that tyra, this more convincing

I would agree that its Tyra, looking at the overall shape of the hair, the slight gap in the fringe and position of the hair parting - on the cecile hair it is much further forward and the fringe has more of a kink.
