missing data files when loading scenes DS4.6

I'm getting missing data files when I open some projects I built from scratch in DS4.6 then when I reload I sometimes don't get those errors.
In all cases I have the data files the files show me as missing, it's just not loading them.
has anyone else seen this?

DS4.6 64 bit/Win 7 64 bit SP1/12GB RAM/i7 920

    What is the first DAZ Studio Format content folder listed in Edit > Preferences > Content Library > Content Directory Manager?

    (then, C:/my documents/user/Reality - something like that, I'm at work on my Mac and I don't have my PC in front of me.)

    my app is in C:/Program Files/Daz3d
    I'd like to say it's intermittent but the intermittent is when I load a file that wont find those files and in suddenly works.
    If I remove the injection there is a 50/50 chance the app will stop responding, and if it doesn't there is a slight chance I can re-inject those injections and they might work. I can't tell you I'm using all stock gen 4 figures but some of them are, some of them arent, all of them can be affected.
