It did right up til yesterday. Now reinstalled and everything. Ran as admin. Deleted appdata. Nothing works

Yes I've noticed that too. Turns out the latest Surface Pro update was the problem, it prevents other programmes from running too (such as Carrara 6, SketchBook Pro and Sculptris).
Lucky for us there's a painless workaround:
