Seems the nasty in the DAZ Studio 4.6 cover was not Infernal Behemot after all, but a very similar handsome: The Undead Fiend!

If anyone has it yet, do the hands scale down at all? A lot of the "monsters" lately have had excessively large hands, like Mr. Hyde, etc. Some people might like the look, but it's a bit too much for my tastes.

He's cool, but a bit expensive for me even at 30% off. I have to wait for a sale or a coupon or something.

Is he a character for Genesis or a separate figure?

This is why I bought Behemoth (this and awesome texture) ^^"

But I think even if there are no pose/morph to scale hands down you can do it by manual re-scaling.

In the Parameters tab/Actor/UpperBody/Hands there are "propagating hand scale" dials which work on all genesis characters.

Awesome, thanks, it should be able to be mixed to make different kind of zombies, I like the texture itself too

Yeah, I have to say that the Undead Fiend has been my favorite monster (of the three new ones) to work with. The texture is awesome and he has a lot of character. I might have to pick up the Wicked Undead Fiend Morphs. Xena did a great job with those.

I read "Undead Friend"... don't why that would have made me click on the thread... maybe I thought there was going to be an intervention or something.

"Have you tried cutting down on eating brains gradually? Maybe substitute a head of lettuce?"

I really like his skin texture, but I'm not sure if I'd get him since I don't really do a lot of renders with big monsters or characters like that. :/

He's a perfect Reaver with all the weapons and armor.

I read that as 'raver' and was wondering where the strobe lights and glow sticks were. lol

I like that face texture. Custom?

Face is the original, I changed the diffuse color for the rest of the body.

    Reavers

Really? It looks so much different when it's not actually on Fiend. It looks a bit like People Under the Stairs (movie).

The textures are pretty ugly, but the shape can be useful. Below are Daz Studio Pro 4.6 renders with Age of Armour's subsurface
Toon Skin Blue Alien and dressed with Oskarsson's The Experiment FiendSuit.

Here's my first render trying him out. I like him quite a bit, a lot of nice detail.

This is only going to get more absurd if they release more monstrosities.

That actually looks pretty good, which I'm happy to see. It helps illustrate how versatile these monstrosities really are, even if the Daz promos tend to hide it.

I really wish they showed more (a) texture-less renders to show the actual shape, (b) morphs combined with other morphs in the promos, and (c) stuff like the lips closed morph that you've effectively showcased here. They do a little of (b) and some of the other associated products show such things, but I'd like to see more in the promos for the actual product.

In any case, here's a bit of (a) for all the monstrosities thus far.

    EDIT: Thanks, Vaskania!

Behemoth is like "Why am I doing all hard work? Who are all those guys? Am I even getting paid for this?" and Ogre is like "Yaaaaaaaaaay, fun-fun-fun!" and Mr. Zombie is like "Blaaaaaagh, I drunk waaaaaaaay too much yesterday..."
