Warping and Distortion

I've been working with Poser for a while now, but I'm noticing that there is often parts of the image that are warped or distored.  Attached is an image from an scene purchased at Daz and in certain parts things are not sharp such as around the steps, and in the area below the yellow flowers toward the middle.  There is no depth of field setting here so what is causing it?  Is it a render setting or how I'm handling the software?  Or something else?  This kind of warping/distortion is not unique to this object.

Presuming you are rendering in Firefly, try turning off Smoothing in the render settings.  If disabling smoothign causes issues with other objects in the scene, try lowering the crease angle for affected objects.  More detail here, if this ugly link works....
