Mr Hyde Pants not loading

I loaded the pants file onto a figure, it says it is there and all loaded up, but the image does not appear on the figure's body. Any idea how to fix this problem?

    What is the exact name, including extension, of the file?

    The file is MrH_Shorts.dsf

    Does it show up in the Scene tab?

    i noticed the same thing. MrH_Shorts are added to the scene but nothing appears in the preview nor in the render. Morphs and everything appear to be there but the surfaces tab is empty. I'm running DS4.6 on a Mac.

    If you select it in the Scene tab and go to the Parameters tab, does it show as Fit to Genesis?

    Yes, it does. Interestingly, I loaded an old scene that used those shorts to see if they appeared and they loaded just fine with surfaces and mats.

    Works fine for me in 4.6. Are you certain you have the latest version of Mr. Hyde? I believe v1.3 is current.

    I'm not certain I do. I'm not sure I'm looking in the right place but if I hover over the Mr. Hyde character icon in the content library it tells me version: 0.5. I'll try uninstalling and reinstalling using DIM and see if that works.

    Uninstalled the old version, reinstalled using DIM, reimported metadata because I got the dashed line icon on the shorts for some reason* but now everything is back in order. Mr Hyde is no longer clothed only in his hide. Thanks.

    *Does anyone know why this happens? It's not too often but occasionally the metadata does not update when i do an install. It's been better with the DIM but it does still happen. Also, is there a quicker way than reimporting the metadata?
