UV Mapping and retaining morphs

After messing with a few morphs on a prop I've noticed that its causing the texture to stretch extremely bad due to bad uv texturing, I want to re UV map the prop, should I export the prop out as an obj with or without the morphs already applied to c4d? And when I import it back into daz can I still edit the morphs?

It's not really bad UV mapping if it stretches when morphed. You will find it easier to see what you are doing if you remap the morphed OBJ - DS doesn't care about the shape when loading a new UV set, just that the vertices are in the same order and polygons still made of the same vertices (and that the material groups match).
