    Clear the incomplete or corrupted download from your browser cache and download the files again.

    Check to make sure the download is the correct size, as shown in your product library.

    for some reason,it just keeps stopping at 6.4 mbs instead of 9 as it shows,why is it doing this?

    Did you clear your browser's cache (or try using a different browser)?
