My subscription has expired to Platinum Club, but how do I cancel my subscription?

I am currently still looking for work, unable to purchase any additional content and at this time. I attempted to cancel my subscription using
the information provided in The Commons forum, but realized instead that it had "expired". I was unaware that this was the case, having received no email notification about it. So the information in your forum was a little misleading. I would like to remove access to my credit card so that no subscription fees can be made, until such time that I am able to re-establish it. Thank you.

I finally found my payment info, and was able to delete it. Thanks.

Go to "My Account" at the top right of the screen In your account dasboard along the top choose "Payment Method" On that screen you should be able to edite your CC details or cancel out the CC.

Having done that, as you are showing as expired it would probably be best to then file a Support TIcket, through Zendesk, to sales dept and explain that you want to cancel your PC sub and cannot because your status is showing as expired.

If you need any more help, get back to us.

We cannot deal with this ourselves as we are only Forum Moderators, but we can flag your problem up further if it is not dealt with to your satisfaction.

You could try going to your account page.

    Once there go to subscriptions.

Then go to payment method where you can edit your information.

If that doesn't work out for you then trying contact support. Go to sales and put it in a ticket.
Check your email often as sales are pretty quick.

    Good Luck in finding work.

It was nice to have such a prompt and helpful response to my request. I followed both of yours advice, and will be in touch should
    my circumstances improve.
