Library content folders empty

I have a problem with poser. When I try to get the free content from the library, I cannot open any of the files. It is as if they have no content. When I click on the arrow, it just disappears. When I click on refresh, it does nothing. The exact same thing happens with downloaded content.  Strangely, I have the exact same problem with DAZ Studio. I am using Windows 10. Can anybody help me? Because I really need to get using poser right away.

The library is not blank. There is no error message. Everything looks normal till I try to open a folder.

Where is the content on your hard disc?

I just found it myself yesterday C>users>public>public documents >poser11>content>runtime

Simple question, did you download & install the content from SM?
