Dynamic Clothing, need help

Thought I would get to grips with dynamic clothing, so I bought, downloaded Mariniere shirt for V4 through Daz.
I cant seem to do anything with it, it won't allow me to drape due to no cloth being selected (nothing appears in the 'Garment' section), I am also struggling to change the cloth material (when double click whilst the item is selected does nothing) and also in parameters I can't fix it to the figure.
The shirt was loaded up through the props section.
Would like to get to know how to use dynamic clothing, anyone know what I need to do, could really use the help.

    This is a Poser only item, and not made for the DAZ Studio Dynamic Plugin.

    From the Porduct Page.

    •This product requires Poser 6+ Cloth Room to work.


    DAZ Studio Dyanmic Clothing always has the vendor 'Optitex' as the first listed vendor, and the DS plugin only works with specially made clothing. Poser Dynamic clothing ONLY works inside Poser. You can ask for a refund if the item is no use to you

    Download an item that you like, that will get you going for the moment.
