Bone jewelry, piercings... bone thru the nose, etc?

Ive been looking around for any products that do primitive style jewelry and Im having a tough time. Initially I was just looking for something to do the "bone through the nose" look, and maybe I am just not using the right search term but bone jewelry and whatnot has not produced much. 

So I am asking if anyone can point me to any products with primitive type jewelry/piercings, bone, horn, whatever. Things cannibals would stick in their face. Adornments headhunters would wear to scare.

Also, maybe someone with mad 3d skills could address this rightly.

I'm not sure how hard it would be to take an individual bone out of the armband, shrink it and stick it in someone's nasal septum.
