adjusting V4.2 in the Modeling Room?

A thought popped into my head. Since Carrara users can't apply Poser specific body fixes to V4.2 can we just take her into the Modeling Room and simply adjust the Polygons to smooth out her shape?
Any one doing this already?

    HI Scottidog 2

You can jump into the vertex modeller with V4 and add levels of smoothing if you want to, but that may not effect how the body parts bend or deform in the way you want ,. it'll also make carrara calculate that smoothing on all parts, and that could slow things down,.

You could try adding some magnets to parts of V4,. which will allow you to deform an area of the mesh without using modelling or smoothing.

    Adding a magnet:

Go to the animation menu,. select Create deformer,. magnet.

Select the "magnet" part,. and the Object you want to deform,. and then go to the Animation menu,. select Attach deformer.

By moving and scaling the magnet and the zone, you can deform the object it's attached to.
