Animating a Node's Parent

For example, is there any way to set a given node's parent to nodeA at frame 0, and switch it to nodeB at frame 1 (and record keyframes for the change)?
Thanks in advance if anybody has any info!

No, that's a feature that has only recently appeared even in some high-end applications and DS won't do it at all. You either do two sequences, or you might be able to work with two props and switch their visibility.
Thanks for taking the time to answer (and so quickly), Richard. Sometimes, I have trouble finding things that are right under my nose, so I figured I'd ask after my search came up empty. Anyway, much appreciated.
