Tried to purchase 3 items from RawArt and nothing went into my cart. I can't tell if discounts are working or not. Saving big bucks today!!!

Time start shopping somewhere that has shopping carts that work!!!!

    Were you logged in when you added the items to your cart?

    If not, that will be the problem, that doesn't work correctly in any store.

    Items cart at full price, you have to view the cart. On the top of every page, click on My Cart>Go to Shopping Cart. The discounts show on the Discount line directly above the total.

    Edit: To clarify, Premier Artist Extravaganza sale items cart at the price shown on the product page, you have to view the cart to see the promotional 30/40/50 percent discounts that qualify. On the top of every page, click on My Cart>Go to Shopping Cart. The total discounts show on the Discount line directly above the total.

    I've been noticing add to cart doesn't work worth squat from the gallery pages, only from the main item page, and sometimes the mouse click doesn't take and you have to hit the button again. If I hit the button on the outsides, nothing. I have to click it directly in the middle with a good solid click.

    Sorry for the late reply due to illness.

    I was logged in and after the first time I hade the problem I found that nothing would go into my cart at all the next day!

    I haven't tried today since I was sick but see if my cart works at all now.

    Just went to the "hot Promos" page selected Valandar - tried to add his first three items and none of them went in to my cart!!

    I next tried the new items page - that page added items to my cart. I then tried the link for Premier Artists and tried RawArt then tried adding items and nothing is going into my cart!!

    Now I've shopped at DAZ for years but it just gets harder to get what you want and when you want to get it. I own close to 4 thousand item so it's not like I don't know what I'm doing! It boils down to the changes in the web system they have moved to over the last year or so! I don't know how they decided on this system but as a retired webmaster they have really gummed things up!! I never moved a new system until all the bugs were worked out but the bugs here seem to be increasing!!

    I'm am really surprised at all the glitches the store still has after a year. There has been no improvements to the forums because of it. In my opinion, the marketing gurus got what they wanted at the expense of the technical crew. The stated purpose of the software change was to free the technical crew to improve the site rather that patch it. After more than a year, "where's the beef?"

    I am not sure what is going wrong for you, but the Premier Artists sale is over as far as I know. I got an email on the 9th June, and the heading was 'Last Day', so I would say that the sale ended at midnight DAZ time on the 9th or early on in the 10th.

    The special pages may not allow you to load items from the sale area after the sale is finished. To get this sorted out, you are going to have to write to Support about your problems.

    Sorry about the problems you are having dbbdaniel, and I hope you are feeeling much better today.

    I'm on Eastern time and I believe DAZ is Mountain time!? The time on my last post was 11:22 or so. So I should have been in the right time to still purchase from the "Last Day" sale right?

    Yes dbb, it was, but this is the 11th June, and I think the sale finished at midnight on the 10th DAZ time?

    You would need to ask Support for all the details, they might be able to help you, worth a try?

    Correct however, my first post was on the 9th! No matter now. All water under the bridge. I only hope they improve on the many errors that occur such as not being able click the Place Order button upon returning from my payment method. This has occurred many times!!
