Daz3D and Install Manager startup issue on Windows 7 x64

Hi, I've just installed the latest Daz3D and have a problem. After the computer has been running for a while they won't startup properly. For a while after it's booted they work fine. Later the Install Manager won't appear at all when started (although is running) and Daz hangs at "Connecting to CMS". I don't have any other problems with the computer and it will run happily for a long time with no issues. Does anyone have any suggestions? (I don't know if it's a CMS issue or down to how they communicate, or what...)

Any help is most appreciated!

John

Ah, I have a work-around, stop and start the CMS service after Daz hangs. This also allows the Install Manager to run up immediately afterwards. Any ideas on how to make CMS be more reliable would be handy though...

I have got a similar problem. It is not related to how long the computer has been running though.

If I start the Content Management Service programme, there is just a brief flash of a DOS window, which disappears immediately, and then nothing happens.

Any help would be very appreciated on this.

I may have got it wrong as this time it didn't work immediately after booting, I wonder if it needs a delay inserted before it starts... It would be nice to know what it relies on already being working when it starts...
