open the H_D_HIGHRES mesh in the vertex room
select animation and weight brush
select hip bone
weight subtract max brush size
then in assembly room translate the RIGHTUPLEG and LEFTUPLEG bones to correct position
also spine1
set IK to balljoint on all child bones below hip

    very funny!
unfortunately it only works in C8.5 beta not 8.1
just thought some might be interested
also download the facial boned highres mesh not the Blendshapes for facial animation

I didn't know what this was... But WOW!

    from the link:

    OVERVIEW

Project Pinocchio is a free* technology preview that leverages Autodesk's powerful 3D design and animation tools to provide you with a web-based laboratory where you can create fully-rigged custom 3D characters. Design a creation of your own or modify existing stock characters using a variety of pre-defined body types, facial features, and clothing styles for inclusion in 3D games, animations, and scenes.

Using a web browser and Project Pinocchio, you can create, customize, and download your very own rigged 3D characters from a catalog of over 100 body types, outfits, hairstyles, and physical attributes in a few simple steps. Once you create a character, you can use it in a variety of Autodesk modeling tools to create imagery and movies.

    AVAILABILITY

This technology preview is available until September 30, 2013 after which the web portal may come down.

you just paint it all so no hip influence
then it will revert to the correct shape except the translated legs and spine but you will see the bones in the assembly room to move with the translate tool.
I might do a quick video later.
