DIM not downloading 2 produts?

I have 2 products failing to download and install. The first is Michael Presets and the second is Real Jeans Megapak. I tried locating the Michael Presets but it seems to act like it's available in two packages but when I try to access the product it doesn't show a download file for local install. The Jeans packages has a exe for download.
