Problem to log in on the bug report after DAZ crashed!

Today then I was going to render an animation DAZ crashed!
A new window comes up and suggested me to send in a bug report!
I follow the link but is not able to log in with my username or password!

I have no problem to log in on my account but the message told me either
my account was not active or I have used wrong password or username!

I don't know if it is different from my username or password that I use for
access my DAZ account to log in for the bug report!

Any idea of this issue?

    Bug Tracker requires a separate log-in than your DAZ account. You need to sign up for an account first
